damn, sorry about that mate.

Nuxius actually uploaded these so i will ask him

Nuxius mate did you manage to get these working? one thing i did notice is that they are only like 370k in size, is this a little small?

would be really greatful if you could let us know how you got them working

Don't you ever read your PM's? (rhetorical question)
I told you there that they were Game Boy games, and that I wasn't sure where to put them as I had thought I remembered that you had some other Game Boy games in your Game Boy Advance section. Maybe not?

Looking at their website, I don't think that Boycott Advance supports playing GameBoy games like a real Game Boy Advance does.
You'll have to use a more fully featured GBA emulator, like Visual Boy Advance (my personal fave). It was the one I tested these on.
They have a Mac version available on their sourceforge page. It's not the latest version, but it will do. You can grab that here:

SourceForge.net: Files

VisualBoyAdvance-1.7.4-MacOSX.dmg.gz is the one you want, as the other one is the source files.

And if you are wanting a actual Pokemon Red/Blue GBA version, well one doesn't exist, either hacked or real. If you saw someone play Blue/Red on a real GBA, that's because the GBA can play GB games, just like the NDS can play GBA games. I <3 backwards compatibility.

LOL, yea i did read it but when you said they are for gb i just took that as gba.

I did wonder why you had said that tho . how stupid do i feel :P

We do have visual boy advance on our downloads section & to be honest i think this is by far the best GBA emulator which is also backwards compatible.

I will also get the MAC OSX version added to the downloads section at some point
