dont wory mate, I have problems doing Voip for the meeting as the house is curently being renovated and my internet is off, im runnning of my wirless 02 connection and voip would lag so bad. I can do MSN however. Also just say when and i can set up the server for you.

Sure we can do msn if we have to but it would be better if we can do a voice chat as it makes it easier.

I will try to get call conferencing setup on my mobile tomorrow then we can do a conference call, if its ok with you of course.

but if i cant get conference call working we will do inital meeting on msn & at least we can get you in the team & started

once we have the meeting tomorrow we will sort you out with some moderator permissions & assign you to some forums & we will also try to assign you some other work to make use of your webmaster skills

yea that should boost the traffic loads. tomorrow once you get your staff account ill start to post the site stats from google so you can see how we are doing.

Im also going to setup a staff account so that you can view google analytics too. it will be a shared team account.

your account will of course be upgraded to moderator & added to the staff user group to give access to extra forums you will also get access to staff only styles (once we import them) & a staff email account.
