I am on o2 and want to activate my answer service, have been on their site and got the number!

My phone only rings once and then goes straight onto voicemail. Does anyone know how to set the amount of rings before it goes to voicemail please?

Hi there, the number of rings is setup in the options of the answer service. think you ppress 9.

thanks very much! i tried it but as soon as you activate it, it hangs up with no options.

when its all set up there are no options, if you press 9 it sends a txt msg to the person who left a msg.
