Downloads Exploit Fixed!!! It seems a number of people had found an exploit in our downloads policy. By creating multiple accounts they were able to bypass the 2 files per day for guests & users who had not used a valid email address. We have now fixed this issue & now users who have not vaildated thier account by clicking the activation link sent to thier email address at time of registration will not be able to download files at all! Basically you need a fully activated account to download more than 2 files per day. Once you have a fully activated account you can download an unlimited ammount of ROMS. Multiple accounts will no longer allow you to get more files! Any users found to be having more than 1 account will be permanently banned without warning! We will simply not tolerate people creating multiple accounts as it gives the site false stats & generally is a pain, it is considered spam & we also consider it rude as we have to deal with all the multiple accounts which means ultimatly that we have less time to add more new games to the site! Also the site admins pay $60 a month for the server & extra for disk space & B/W out of thier own pocktet! the site earns very little from adverts at the moment & all we ask is that you register an account properly. Thank you. |
