More Site Downtime Issues Explained!! It seems our site keeps falling over & we see a message "service unavailable" this is due to a process on our webserver eating our memory & causing the webservices to fail, the only way to fix this is to reboot the whole VPS but we now have a permanent fix. We have now added a recycle process to the application poole within IIS & this seems to have fixed the issue, however we will be watching this very closly over the next few weeks. We apologise for this downtime & we hope that you continue to use our site, should you have any questions relating to this please reply to this post & we can discuss the issue.
