yes we do ship to the US. Please do let us know when you place your order via paypal & we will arrange to have the item shipped asap.

We normally do a flat rate postage but it may vary slightly to the US so i will check this for you today but i cant seeing postage being much more.

I have used these cards myself & they are very good! you dont need any additional software, its just plug & play. I will also give you access to the "buyers only" support forum in which you can ask any questions or advice etc..

In some situations we can also offer support over the telephone or skype! this sometimes makes it easier but you shouldnt have any problems, they are really easy to use

if you have any more questions or need any furher assistance please do not hesitate to ask. I will also send you proof of postage tomorrow night when i get home from work
